Darthreider, born in Paris, grew up in London.

Vocal of Darthreider & The Bassons. Performed in Fuji Rock, Playtime Festival, ZANDARI Festival, Music Lane &ore.

He suffered from cerebral infarction and lost his left eye vision. Now he wears hls original eyepatch as his trademark. As a HIPHOP MC, he played an important role in changing the non-dancing law in Japan. He attended night ambassadors summits held in Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels and Tel Aviv on behalf of the Japanese club culture conference.

In 2019 joined the Wagner project (Hiphop workshop & School project) in Frankfurt, Germany.

From 2024 he joined The National Museum of Ethnology as a Guest Professor, Studying Hiphop, Indie & Pop culture in non-english districts on east Eurasia.
As a documentary film director, he made 2 movies with Petit Kashima about the Japanese election.

He is an author of “Japanese hiphop history through MC Battle”, “Hiphop as a weapon of thought”, “ill communication”.

The National Museum of Ethnology, known as Minpaku, was founded in 1974 and opened to the public in November 1977. Its goals are to conduct cultural anthropological and ethnological research and to increase awareness and understanding of societies and cultures around the world based on that research.
