Monika Klementová has been in the music world for over 20 years. In 2000, she started as a PR and marketing manager at Akropolis Palace, then worked on international projects and export activities. As a freelancer she provided PR and marketing services for music festivals and international projects such as Hip Hop Kemp, United Islands or Prague, Music On Film – Film On Music, Prague International Marathon, Invisible Exhibition. She was briefly employed at Mute Records CZ. After an internship at the Berlin branch of the French Music Export Office in Berlin and a visit to the then Hungarian export office, she devoted herself to the preparations for the opening of a Czech music export office. Since 2017 she has been working as a project coordinator for the music export office SoundCzech, which was established under the Institute of Arts – Theatre Institute.
