Masdo was established in the early year of 2015, consists of 3 band members Ali Sariah (Vocal/Guitar), Asmawi (Guitar/BV) and PutuCeri (Bass/BV).
Band was originally named the Lipstick; however, it was changed as Masdo that represent the genre of 60s pop music. The band gives a unique sound and energy for the listener, making them to move and twist while they performing.
Inspired by the late Allahyarham Tan Sri P. Ramlee in one of the scene in Do Re Mi where the three best friends meet each other at the riverside during the theft incident happened.
Since then the name of Masdo has been created. Their biggest influence are P. Ramlee, A. Ramlie & The Rhythm Boys, Siglap Five, The Wonders, The Last Shadow Puppets , Changcuters, etc.
