Gergo B. Farkas, co-founder and CEO of Startion and Spiritive is an art philosopher, economist, and former drummer. He has been working in the music and creative industries since 2009. Among other roles, he has worked as an artist manager, club manager, promoter, event organizer, and festival organizer. Despite these various roles, he defines himself as a project manager whose task is to achieve set goals and maximize efficiency. Based on this creed, he is building his startup, Startion, and developing the stageplot / tech rider editor software, Startion StageRider. Additionally, through his agency, Spiritive, with business consulting, marketing, event organization, and digitization/IT services he helps brands and projects in the creative industry to expand their presence and become more successful in Hungary and CEE.

Spiritive is a new wave full-service agency for cultural and creative industry projects. Our booking business department was recently launched with the aim of helping foreign music projects expand and gain market share in Hungary and Central and Eastern Europe. In this context, we contribute to the strengthening of the local marketing presence, the development of their business opportunities and the exploitation of live performance opportunities.
