Dijana Lakus, known as Didi, is an international music and cultural expert from Croatia with extensive experience across various fields in the arts and culture sector. Her work spans artist management, booking, event programming, promotion, project management, PR and marketing, and international relations. She has operated in over 45 countries, with bases in Zagreb and Pula (Croatia), London (UK), and Prague (Czechia).

Didi has played a key role in a variety of music and performing arts festivals, including Pula Film Festival, Radar Festival, Outlook Festival, Dimensions Festival, and Seasplash Festival in Croatia, as well as Glastonbury Festival and Secret Garden Party in the UK, and Dev9t Festival in Serbia. More recently, she has been involved with Prague Music Week in Czechia and the KONTAKT Conference, Showcase and Festival in Serbia. As a promoter, Didi has worked with renowned artists such as Bob Dylan, Bonobo, Caribou, Conor Oberst, Enter Shikari, Manic Street Preachers, Massive Attack, Placebo, Selah Sue, and Queens of the Stone Age. She collaborates with Pozitivan ritam (Croatia) and 420 production (Czechia) as a project manager and booking agent.

In recent years, Didi has expanded her expertise as a consultant for EU export offices, tourism boards, and events companies, as well as in education. She teaches music, art, event management, and cultural diplomacy at institutions such as Charles University in Prague and the University of Economics’ Art Management Department. Additionally, she conducts mentoring sessions and workshops for emerging artists and professionals. Didi is also a member of the International Music Managers Forum.
