Andre Tully is the Founder of Nothing Regular Media and Entertainment (India), an independent agency for developing new platforms for creative and cultural industries in India and South East Asia. Over the last 3 years, he has strategically built the presence for India’s leading tattoo and music convention, Heartwork Tattoo Festival, and, shaped the collaboration with EARS (Finland) to formulate, EARS on Mumbai, a creative industries conference and showcasing platform. With a career of over 18 years in the live entertainment and media sector, he has worked with major media houses like Viacom18 and Times of India and has been instrumental in developing brands such as VH1 Supersonic India, MTV Video Music Awards, MTV Extreme Rock Music Festival and Emerge Alternative Music and Arts Festival.

Kula brings together tattoo, performing arts, music, graffiti, crafts, digital arts, gaming with the communities forming the bond is presented by All About Tattoo & NESCO Events. Leading artists from India, Sameer Patange and Mo Naga, take on the role of mentors for developing this community gathering of established and emerging artists from a range of backgrounds.
