Evan’s initiatives in Canada, 2022 and moving forward will be to create more opportunities for underrepresented Canadians, with the help of SWACT (The Society of We Are Canadians Too) Jade Music Festival will be the first Canadian festival and showcase conference to be based on underrepresented languages in Canada.
Amongst Evan’s work in Canada, Evan has also been a conference and showcase coordinator in the country of Sweden, in the city of Orebro.
In Asia, working with India’s premier major festival, TV production, and artist management and development company Wonderwall Media.
Since 2018, Evan has been the head coordinator of Live At Heart Newfoundland – and since 2019 has been conducting his music business from East Asia, in Taiwan.

Jade Music Fest (JMF)
Jade Music Fest (JMF) is a global showcase conference festival being held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Our goal is to present a majority of Chinese language artists from Canada and around the world with the objective to elevate the underrepresented Chinese-language music in popular mediums in Canada and foster equal opportunities in the Canadian and international music industry they very much deserve.
In 2022, we at JMF aim to showcase our creative industry objectives with conferences featuring a variety of panels, workshops, and networking opportunities for professionals and budding artists in the Canadian underrepresented language entertainment industry.
