Basboi is a Hip-Hop / RnB musician who started his career in Bandung. Starting his work with songs such as Cozy, Dying Breed, and Night Drive in 2017-18, Basboi released his debut EP called ‘Fresh Graduate’ in March 2019, which tells the story of the struggles Indonesian teenagers have in general. His work continued on the debut album ‘Adulting For Dummies’ that received nominations nationwide.

Known for his catchy, colorful, and funny lyrics, Basboi managed to attract the attention of Converse Indonesia and was chosen to represent Indonesia as the Converse X Ambassador to perform at the Converse X Global Moment in Kuala Lumpur, May 2019, after successfully going on the Fresh Graduate tour covering 4 cities across Java and Bali. Basboi was again elected as the only representative of Indonesia at the second Converse X Global Moment in Los Angeles, United States, in November 2019. There, Basboi performed together alongside members from the Odd Future collective, such as Dominic Fike and Jasper.

On June 2022, Basboi was again chosen as one of the 13 representatives globally to join Converse all-stars special workshop and session with Tyler, The Creator, held in Paris. Currently, Basboi is doing his album tour in partnership with POCO, one of the cellphone brands under Xiaomi.
