Born half Malaysian and Japanese. Raised between two races, Seikan speaks four languages and with his passion for music, he inevitably finds tour managing as his lifework. Parallel to tour managing, Seikan also works as international artist promoter and production manager for Japanese artists at SMASH Corp., Japan.

Founded in 1984, Smash has introduced countless artists into Japanese market. Smash is also the first to introduce standing concert in Japan and helped form the now norm, Japanese Livehouses. Since 1997, Smash has been organizing the renown FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL yearly. With much gratitude to the cooperation of the festival attendees, FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL has a title of The Greenest Festival in the World. In 2004, Founder, Masahiro Hidaka had been honoured the Order of the British Empire(OBE) in cultural exchange development.
