Small World Music

Global Toronto

Since 1997, Small World Music has been celebrating cultural diversity and showcasing a range of local, domestic, and international talent to audiences across the Greater Toronto Area. Beyond simply presenting diverse artists, we find various ways of working with and for, showcasing, and supporting equity-deserving professionals onstage and behind the scenes to encourage sustainable careers. With our commitment to supporting under-served artists, organizations, and professionals, and working with diverse community groups, we foster understanding and build bridges, with a three-pillar mandate:
- Enabling Artists: Creating opportunities and enabling equity for equity-deserving / underrepresented artists
- Engaging Audiences: Being a resource, creating connections, and expanding cultural horizons through shared experiences
- Connecting Industry: Being a catalyst for change by creating opportunities and building bridges
Produced by Small World Music, Global Toronto – a music showcase and conference is a platform for re-imagining and building a sustainable, equitable, and accessible music sector.
